Dear Readers,
I read an article in the online version of NDTV dated 3rd January 2013, click here for article. After reading this article, I was appaled with the sick mentality of the people towards Muslims. Muslims have been brandished terrorist from time immemorial and they always been termed black sheep of the society. Black sheeps are everywhere in the society and they have no religion. Fraud, dacoity, rape, murders and terrorism has been there since ages. History have showed that the powerful have always terrorised the weaker society and have weakened them, economically as well as morally.
Muslims in India have alwayes been a puppet to the politicians for the vote bank, none of them have ever done anything to alleviate their poverty and misery. Still majority of 15 to 16% Muslim population in India earn less than a dollar per day to support them and their family. Nevertheless, they toil every day, live in appaling condition, earn their living either through self entrepreunership or daily wages and take care of their dear ones.
However, the time has arrived now, Muslims should understand the improtance of education and their amalgamation in the society. The parents should encourage their kids to study hard and smart, monetory support should be provided to all those kids whose parents cannot afford to educate their kids. Girls should also be encouraged to study and finish their graduation atleast, so that they can be self reliant and independent. Another advantage of an educated girl is that she will ensure that her kids in future also study hard and be succesful.
Rather than being brandished Pakistanis in India, Muslims in India should be proud of their Nationality and shame those people who have sick and corrupt minds. I am not sure how many people will read this article, but whoever read this, my request to you is to pledge to educate one child irrespective of caste and creed as this is what India needs at this moment. An educated India will understand the true meaning of democracy be more tolreant toward society and respect other religion and beliefs.
Jai Hind
